Steve Allen gives 'em both barrels !
Two 'bullets' from Steve Allen (AUS0) in both the Foil and Fin division races of today gave him the lead in both championships overall rankings.
Day 3 of racing at the Konsal Formula European Championships began with 3 races for the Foil division. Pol1111 was a surprise winner of race 6 before Steve Allen took finish line honours in races 7 and 8. It was also a good day for Gediminas Gresevicius (LTU76) with two second places in races 7 and 8.
Following the mandatory rest ashore after 'back to back' races the Fin division went to the racing area for the final two races of the day. Two wins for Steve completed a memorable day for him. Janis Preiss, reigning Masters World Champion, moved up the rankings to second after coming runner twice to Steve Allen.
